Nick Williams Founder and CTO

Nick, a technology aficionado, co-founded pointOne designing and developing the software, systems and infrastructure that make the pointOne product the solution it is today. Nick is responsible for the research and development teams and on-going product strategy.

A senior executive for over 30 years, Steve has worked with companies such as Motorola, Cisco, Geac and Nortel and brings a wealth corporate strategic experience to the company.

Richard has over 20 years experience in managing the implementation of major client projects. He also has overall responsibility for the delivery of customer support and post sales services to our customers.

Paul Berryman
Paul Berryman Sales and Partnership Manager

Paul spent ten years managing various hospitality operations, from multi-site restaurant operations and 5-star hotels, to busy gastro pubs. Eight of these were spent using pointOne’s EPoS solution in the venues he managed which has given him unique hands on experience of the system. Paul joined pointOne in 2016 bringing his extensive experience of EPoS and hospitality into Account Management.

Having previously worked as a senior account executive at EPoS supplier Zonal, Mark has managed estates with over 300 terminals at accounts that include; Bourne Leisure, Orchid and Fullers Brewery.

Zoe joins us from pointOne user, The Wales Millennium Centre, where she worked in the finance department for 9 years. Zoe is therefore very familiar with all aspects of the hospitality industry from both sides of the ‘till’. Prior to this Zoe worked as a financial reporting accountant for a charity organisation.

Mark previously worked at CGI for 5 years as part of the five star accredited service desk team. He joined the pointOne support team in January 2015 and his experience in technical support and customer service helps us continue to provide a high level of support to all our customers.
