Project Delivery 

Our Project Team works to deliver implementations on time in accordance with your business needs. For new businesses this means remaining flexible and working with third parties to ensure delivery at the right time, and for existing operations the implementation requires an understanding of your current business needs and processes.

Our project team has many years experience of delivering over 1250 installations from busy restaurants to multi site QSR groups so you can be assured you are in safe hands. pointOne offer a range of services from full build and shipping through to projects that require dedicated project management from order to go live.

Development 

All of our products are designed and developed in-house by our own team of experienced engineers, therefore we are well placed to offer a customised development service. This allows us to increase the value you receive from using our products and helps us align our solutions closer to your unique business requirements.

Integration 

In a quickly changing world technology is being used in hospitality to bridge the gap between previously disconnected systems. pointOne are a pioneer in this sector. We have created a portfolio of APIs that allow other systems to communicate with us and vice versa

The value of integration is enormous, from minimising data duplication, sending sales data to other enterprise systems all the way through to allowing the complete customisation of our mobile Apps. In addition, we are always very happy to talk to third party companies who feel that integration with their products would benefit our mutual users.

Training 

pointOne employs professional in-house trainers that will train you and your staff on all aspects of the pointOne solution. The training is scheduled at a time and place that is convenient to your business.

The training is delivered on several levels to include all types of user, such as waiting staff and bar staff right up to full-blown administration training for managers and business owners. The training is conducted one-on-one and customised to meet your direct needs.
